Project Finance

NCTM has a significant experience in project finance, including public-private partnerships ("PPP"). It provides advice to lenders and sponsors for projects in the energy, waste management, telecommunications and infrastructure/transportation sectors. The Firm counsels its clients in aspects of the transactions, including:

  • The establishment of joint ventures and temporary groupings of companies, setting up and structuring of special purpose vehicles and negotiation of the relevant shareholders´ agreements
  • The participation and management of public tender offers, drafting and negotiation of concession and ancillary agreements, management of the post-concession phase of the project
  • The drafting of EPC contracts, O&M contracts and supply contracts
  • The drafting of financing contracts and the preparation of the related security packages
