Roberta Guaineri provides advice and legal assistance to legal entities and individuals in the field of corporate and economic criminal law.

She has since the 1990s participated in the most important trials involving companies and their managers.

She operates in the field of crimes against the Public Administration, financial and credit crimes, crimes relating to building, energy, environment, public and private health, copyright, communication and information matters. She regularly provides assistance to persons involved in investigations and proceedings before Supervisory Authorities in respect of matters that may have criminal implications (Consob, etc.).

In the area covered by Legislative Decree No. 231/01, she provides both preventive advice - involving drafting and assessing Organisational Models - and assistance to companies in criminal proceedings in connection with the offences envisaged by the legislation in force.

She has been, or still is, a member and Chairman of several Supervisory Boards of listed and unlisted companies.

She is the author of publications on corporate criminal law in specialised magazines and the co-author of books on white-collar crimes and often participates as a speaker in conferences on the subject.
